3 sets with a 1 minute rest between each of 4minute AMRAP 21 air squats 15 hand release pushups 9 sumo dealift highpulls
So we will do the 4 minute AMRAP, rest for a minute, do the 4 minute AMRAP, rest a minute and do the 4 minute AMRAP
