WOD

5 Aug 13 WOD

400m run
then
3 rounds of 15 reps each of:
air squats
lunges
dips
hand release pushups
supine bicycle
then
run 400m

Your only running 400m twice once to start the WOD then again after your three rounds is complete. Remember, hard and fast is the key!!!
