Strength
10 min to find 1 RM of DL

Partner WOD
7 RFT
9 burpee box jumps
4 OH squats
Partner hangs from rig while other is working.  One partner works at a time.  Partner does one round while other partner hangs from rig then partners switch.  Continue until both partners complete 7 rounds each.  If your partner drops from the rig you must stop until they are hanging from the rig again.
