In teams of 2 for time
100 DU (each)
50 DL
40 HPC
30 FS
20 S2OH
100 DU (each)
(RX 145/105 for all movements)

One person working at a time except on the Dubs however the team can't start the 50 DL until both partners finish the DUBS and the partners can't start the second set of DUBS until all 20 S2OH are done.
