Warmup, warmup, warmup!!!

18 July 13 WOD
4 rounds of:
20 kb squats
farmers carry down Victory Hill
20 kb swings
farmers carry up Victory Hill

You will be squating and swinging with the same weight you are carrying up and down the hill so make sure it's a weight you can manage.
