WOD

26 Jul 13 WOD:

15 walking lunges with kettlebell
15 kettlebell swings
15 walking lunges with kettlebell
15 kettlebell swings
15 walking lunges with kettlebell
15 kettlebell swings
then
Carry kettlebell back to start position and repeat for a total of three rounds. It's one kettlebell for the entire workout so choose wisely.
