A. Bench press 5x5

B. 5 RFT

    - 10 plate facing burpees
    - 15 goblet squats (moderate weight)
    - 20 two count mountain climbers

For burpees you place a plate in front of you, execute a burpee with your head towards the plate then jump over the plate.
