Daily challenge - complete 100 dubs or spend 10 minutes practicing dubs

Strength
6x3 BS (build every other set)

WOD
Tabata:
1. Jump squats
then
2. V ups
then
3. Burpee box jump
then
4. Dubs
then
5. Jumping lunges

Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest.
